Binance doesn't support KavaEVM USDt. You need to either withdraw to the Kava EVM (to a Metamask wallet) via Bybit, Kucoin, Bitget, gate.io or Bitfinex or you can bridge from other chains using Stargate or Squid Router. You can then transfer to the Cosmos side using this guide https://help.app.kava.io/article/44-how-to-transfer-usdt-to-cosmos-chains-with-a-single-click

If you want to use Binance and not one of the five exchanges currently supporting the KavaEVM USDt then simply withdraw to the BSC address on your Metamask wallet then send it to your Kava EVM address on Metamask using Squidrouter I've found Squidrouter often costs under $1 for transfers of 10,000 USDT

That's the method I've starting using and avoids transfer to another exchange You can also look at Stargate, but the cost was $0.39 when I first used them but wanted $7 the next time, so I used Squidrouter the following two times and was always around $1-$2 at most for 10K
