I'm trying to explain to you this isn't a Solana issue, this is an issue with the RPC infrastructure. The protocols you use (wallets, exchanges, etc) all are dependent on RPC nodes. If the teams of those protocols not anticipate in time (getting more nodes online) the RPC load can be too heavy for the servers. This can be solved by adding more nodes.
Do you know how those RPC nodes cover their costs of running nodes?
The projects have to pay for them obviously
