Seriously though…why would we only promote one chain to purchase

That may even be why we’re underperforming lately compared to everyone. Like it or not, people like Eth (one gas fees come down these other chains might be obsolete) people like binance, people like polygon, people like arbitrum etc….

Yeah I agree... A product should take advantage of all the markets it can in the beginning... I mean ETH has created a wrapped version of itself, and is on all other networks... That was a good move for Eth and how it's become so big... Others go to the other networks for lower gas fees, just to come back to eth for on-ramp and off-ramping...

I think what he is getting at is that in order to get faster adoption, HEX needs a faster and easier learning curve to onboard for the average retail investor. New people are fickle and timid until they understand what they are investing in! Many people are now just learning about DEFI, recovering from the centralized shenanigans such as the FTX scandal... But they are not savvy enough to feel confident in something like HEX because they are still by far misinformed... So making it easier for laymans is a must in early adoption to generate the desire to learn...

Hex should be available and work to be on ALL available chains. That should be added to the roadmap.
