No, no worries at all. You can make coins unavailable, by sending them to wallets with no private key available, but the coins will still be in the statistics and be part of the calculation of valuation.

It only takes one lucky hit. It might be the 1st try, it might be the last possible, but most likely somewhere in the middle, meaning it's highly unlikely you'd need to try every combination. That's how odds work.
Your odds of finding a wallet with funds in it is way better. Also it's highly unlikely there is even a key that exists for this. Not all addresses map to a key
