Oh, yes they are rare. I tried hiring some in 2021. Fahgettaboitit. Cardano’s learning academy still can’t keep up with demand and won’t for years because mainnet is essentially done and projects are swarming to build.

To me that’s a good point that developers are on the rise but not coming as fast as needed because of the amount of projects. It’s still the turtle hare race.

Many are missing the bigger picture. Haskell developers and developers who understand Cardano’s full technology stack are rare. Solidity developers are relatively plentiful. It’s a business decision. Liquidity 💰on Cardano is low and will take quite some time to make it competitive with Ethereum. COTI has runway, but their investors require ROI. It’s a business decision. I’m 100% pro-Cardano, yet far from a maxi. The Ethereum L2 decision has been made and it ain’t changing. Everyone interested in riding this bull needs to get comfortable and strap in for the ride. 😎😃
