I thought the vested balance wasnt available unti the vesting

date...so shouldnt my kava balance go up? these were staking rewards

When you claim Kava rewards they are instantly transferred to your wallet but are locked and so can't be moved, but they can be staked to earning staking rewards during that vesting period It's not always obvious how much of your staked balance is vesting and how much is non-vesting so when they unlock here is no obvious difference except that some of that staked balance is now non-vesting If your not sure how much is non-vesting you can check your total vesting balance on the Kava Web app and compare that figure to the total staked balance
