It should be 24 / 7 / 365 Incident and problem management, business as usual. Or else what are we doing here, hobby blockchain service management when the entire blockchain goes down? This won’t fly at global enterprise level. High standards need to be up held.

I wasn't expecting this sort of comment from you at least. You know I personally have followed up on couple of things in DM for you (not sure if you remember or not).
