Why dont a group of rich Hexicans sue the SEC/

bring class action lawsuit for interfering with Hex? Guaranteed SEC will search for one person who is bitter and present them as supposed evidence in court. A countersuit served and recorded by Hexicans would make a court see things in a different way. Also the lies are blatant and easy to prove. Also SEC tends to understand the language of being sued. Think of companies that sued them and what did they do? .

The SEC has immunity against the Frank-Dodds law and other market regulations. They are not only allowed to manipulate markets, they regularly manipulate markets without penalties.
