At the moment, the Dash Chain is primarily for payment, there are no other such uses. But with the release of the Dash Platform, additional features will appear, but they are not exactly in the L1 payment Dash Chain.

like when goods or services are rendered a business keeps its own margin so as to generate a profit. so in this case some sort of a commission that DASH keeps when people transact or some subscription fee or any other source of income.

At the moment, the major development teams don't have that, but in general, there's nothing stopping you from creating such a team, and offering the Dash ecosystem a good product and generating revenue from it. It's even cooler)

I think you need to be more clear what Dash is. Are you familiar with Bitcoin? Do you understand the basic concept of it? Dash is a fork of Bitcoin, launched almost to the day 10 years ago, and shares many of Bitcoin's charcteristics.
