So if I have let’s say 10 hex on eth, I bridge it to pulsechain, do I get 10 hex on pulsechain? Or I get the “value” of it?

You would get 10 eHEX, but no HEX.

Bridge only does bridging, no swapping. So you get eHEX, a bridged derivative of Ethereum HEX that is redeemable for Ethereum HEX.
