stating that the project is a sca#m on X/Reddit? With each of Ankr's tweets/Post, there are many comments criticizing the project, which gives a very negative image. Does the team have any plans to remedy this?

We don’t need to entertain or discuss any supposed “reasons” since clearly they’re invalid. We don’t want to propagate any unfounded FUD. Best ignore rather than give it more airtime.

The problem isn't really whether it's "true" or "false"; it's mainly the habit of seeing these types of comments under Ankr's posts. I know it's FUD, but it's truly unfortunate to constantly encounter negativity.

As Peter says, it’s Internet. Even worse, it’s Reddit Internet. There’s plenty of positivity too, so let’s focus on that and ignore the kiddies strumming on their cyber-banjo’s from the ether-swamps.

Well clearly the project is not a scam. We have been existence for a long time now and nothing about us gives any credence to such ridiculous claims. There’s a limit to what can be done about what others say, though. We police what we can. I believe all of our users and the majority of investors realise it’s silly FUD generated by children.
