I was charged $16 for a croissant at dunkin when

I scanned with spedn and I didn’t get the receipt as I was in rush. Realized this and Went to store later. As the ppl at there don’t know how to reverse this. Whom to contact? Issues like this shouldn’t happen!

Refunds are handled by the merchants since there is no way to refund back to SPEDN. You'll have to get a gift card or cash for the difference.
