In my case, unlocked tokens are directly in the wallet. No need to claim for them. It is strange, but if you leave your account empty you will confirm that after 2 weeks, new tokens appear there.

That's the thing. Those immediately available Tokens came automatically, that's right. The ones, which were already unlocked form payouts, I collected manually ("Collect") in Wallet. This process gave me exactly 0 Tokens and the collect-button is greyed out

You don't need to collect. They come to your wallet without doing it. So you already had them in your wallet and the claim button did nothing
