If I put in 10k USDT. And take 10k dollars in BTC as a loan. When would I be liquidated? Saying the price is 40 k. I would be liquidated at 80k?

Well from your analogy, it is not even possible to borrow up to 100% worth of your collateral supplied. Every asset on Venus has a collateral factor which determines the amount of loan you'll be able to borrow against that collateral.
