Hello guys, what is the best way to transfer eHex

to pHex? Should I bridge eHex to pulsechain and then sell eHex for pHex or it is better to sell eHex to ETH > bridge ETH to Pulsechain and then buy pHex with ETH? Or is there another better way? Thanks for help

You can't have pHEX and eHEX on the same network as both are bridge derivatives. What you likely mean is how to sell Ethereum HEX for Pulsechain HEX. This requires bridging value across to Pulsechain and buying Pulsechain HEX. You can bridge value with HEX or anything you prefer. HEX is likely the best option as it requires least transactions. Also, keep in mind that you would be selling the cheaper HEX for the more expensive HEX, so be careful.
