Lastly, lot of good ideas dont start of with a

genius whitepaper and VC funding. Sometimes you have a grant system and projects experiment and they go viral and after they get funded. Its all feedback loops and iterations. Where were all the VCs funding friend.tech before it launched? Arguably nobody really knows what goes viral or what users want/need but you need to seed innovation and attract different types of people. Maybe what you described fits your approach as a developer but there are many other developers taking different routes

FriendTech actually raised funding from Paradigm, which is literally one of the biggest venture capital firms in crypto. So they probably got low to mid eight figures from them.
