Does anyone never wonder with all news we are expecting

Plus insider trading is generally illegal right? So I'm pretty sure until certain announcements are made people internally can't even make affecting trades

because there has been no news, just speculation - once SEC alleged AMP as a security, they had to retool their plans. No change to the big plan but nonetheless changes - much has improved with various legal victories against SEC but that doesn't give BofA or NCR a warm fuzzy ... yet. Also I think they wanted bull to really kickoff as that is when people get excited about SPENDING 💰 CRYPTO. Next month will be interesting!
