Can you throw a little light on what it means by overhaul? Cos it sounds ambiguous, and does it mean that those of us holding less than 100k (not whales) cannot utilize our $usdl in the short run? Are we disadvantaged in a way? Personally I need help if my $usdl could be swapped for $lgxy, I can't say much but I really need help, no options left.

I can help answer this part of of your question. does it mean that those of us holding less than 100k (not whales) cannot utilize our $usdl in the short run? No, everyone can utilize $USDL. 100k USDL is simply for the whale group. Are we disadvantaged in a way? No, you’re not at a disadvantage in any way. I’m not in the whale group and I intend to use USDL in all possible ways.
