Hello everybody. I have a basic question about iExec and

maybe more about cryptos/blockchain in general.
Could someone explain me what are the benefits of the RLC in the workerpool (for instance) ? More precisely what the RLC allow in the process that normal FIAT currencies (USD, EUR,...) do not allow because of the nature of the RLC and blockchain ? In other words, could the workerpool work with FIAT or are there unique characterisitcs of the token that make iExec workerpools different (more than just not having an intermediary). Hope it is clear. Thanks in advance for your insights

Hello. Thanks for answer. Could we say then "To connect providers and requesters without an intermediary the RLC has a central role in the PoCo Consensus. This would not be possible with FIAT currency". So, the ultime benefit is to skip the intermediary meaning: cheaper, less risk, more flexible,... ? Correct ? Are theyre others ?

This is also still my main concern with rlc. Technical side looks good (so far I can understand it), but there is in my opinion still no logic to not use fiat in stead of crypto. I’ve read the tokenomics post. So crypto was a good way to finance the company and get attention, but are companies/consumers going to use the service and pay with rlc? They would probably prefer fiat. Still this could be lack of understanding. In layer 1 solutions I get the value of a coin in the consensusmechanism.
