They are planning so FPIS holders get no airdrop anyways so wouldnt change anything lol

There's a high chance that it won't be eligible for the snapshot if fpis holders will be getting any premium on top of initial proposal date price So the timing of the revised proposal doesn't really matter

The initial proposal, that now has been retired, was a 1:1 swap with the eligibility for the snapshot. There's no clue so far on what the premium or the eligibility will be on the new one, so there's not a "high chance" of anything right now. The community is split on this, we need to get back together and move forward asap and that is not going to happen by sharing "high chances" of a decision in a direction or in the opposite one. Let's wait for the new proposal to come out.

No reason we can't include FPIS holders after the snapshot manually. Not including FPIS holders will just put scrutiny on the value of the FXTL points and kick the same arguement a couple of months down the road

It was to make it more fair for FXS holders and make holding FXS viable before the snapshot. If not, everyone would just buy and hold FPIS until its pegged to the ratio. Most likely FPIS will get a beneficial ratio compared to market price, but not a airdrop. But we will see once it gets there. I would not get my hopes up if it was me holding a lot of FPIS
