us draft an "all weather" CR/Revenue proposal wherein we account for situations both above and below CR.

You game? I will contribute. I know many here will. But, given your recent works within the community and gov forums, I would personally like to see you weigh in.

@samkazemian is there an official gameplan for the transition of collateral assets once we hit CR100? Even a rough draft? A timeline? Anything you got, sir. We can get to work on drafting that too, assuming there is not already plans in place

Probably a slightly dynamic scale would work, maybe some safety buffer on the upside where overcap is parked in something very stable and yield from that is distributed, so there’s flow through yield while still maintaining a collateral buffer. Doesn’t work as well in zero interest rate world of course
