Reasoning being that as gas costs increase on the L1 with congestion over this bull run (as well as simplifying the user experience of bringing new people to the ecosystem) you could technically sell Fraxtal frxETH at a premium relative to the current cost of manually transacting from CEX > Ethereum > Fraxtal. Essentially, if the price of frxETH is higher than ETH but less than the costs of bridging raw ETH into Fraxtal, there’s an arbitrage opportunity to be made there. This could be a way to increase protocol profits by utilizing any idle frxETH or perhaps there’s even known whales that would be willing to market make themselves. There’s also an argument to be made here than not selling it at a premium will lower the barriers of entry to bringing people into the ecosystem as well though.
