Hi. I would like to start making my HEX Staking

ladder, could those who already have experience give me ideas on how to do it?

I want to create stakes that are unlocked year after year, from the 5th year. Is it possible like this?

It is pretty simple. You decide how much you want to stake, and for how long. Then stake them one by one. Just make sure you are using a fresh account with new seedwords if you have any doubts about other sites / services you have previously used. Think how scary it would be if your stake(s) was worth 100K a piece, could you go on a holiday with no worries. If not, you want a fresh account and no worries about earlier mistakes that might have been made.

My suggestion is to make yearly or utmost halfyearly stakes to avoid too much thinking on when the next one is. It's best to set the ladder in accordance to crypto cycles so that you can sell immediately rather than having a stake mature in the middle of the bear market and then having to wait two more years. (Except on Ethereum where it actually makes sense to set the stakes ending toward the end of the bear phase when the gas price is cheap. Also, do make small stakes on Ethereum - not worth it) Most importantly, stakes in a ladder can be incrementally smaller due to the pseudocompounding of yield.
