What he (unsuccessfully tried to do) was to induce fomo for buying HEX on Pulsechain and overall invite people to the Pulsechain playground, but since we have plenty of idiot investors in our little community, they interpreted the tweet as encouragement to dump HEX instead. So they went frontrunning each other on who can rekt themselves the best.
