The President of Cake wallet added DGB to cake pay, which means you can purchase gift cards using DGB. He also added DGB as an exchange option through cake wallet, you can exchange DGB back and forth using cake wallet. As for adding a native wallet for DGB, he said he’d consider it. He also said something about being interested in Digi-ID, which I thought was freakin awesome.

Is there a timeline for adding the native wallet! So excited to see DGB finally integrated into an open source wallet 😉

Why do you keep falsely claiming it's not in open source wallets? Both core and trezor are open source. Trezor is very insecure and core is not easy to backup.

For android & iOS users I'd like to say sorry

technically also not true. DigiByte mobile is also open source but it should be avoided at all cost since it does not comply with BIP39 standards. But again i will reiterate. open source for iOS is absolutely meaningless since code can not be verified or side loaded. open source for android is meaningless unless you are going to compile yourself and side load. So unless you plan to sideload on an android device stop thinking open source will help you it is just giving you a false sense of security.

In fact, I didn't hear yet that open source wallets have scammed their users, as we have seen with closed one!!

well your wrong. In fact I can't think of any legit claims of closed source wallets scamming there users. There was definelty one open source paper wallet generator that was a scam. All times i have heard of funds stolen has been user error. Usually eth chains opening holes with there contracts. UTXO chains its pretty much always people telling fake support there recovery phrase or storing it digitally somewhere.

For DigiByte help, check the DigiByte troubleshooting tool it covers most common problems. And if it doesn’t help you, it will put you in touch with our human volunteers. Only scammers will private message you.

Users tend to claim everyone else but I have seen it time after time people doing stupid things that result in there losses. I have not seen any credible claims of the wallet actually stealing.
