This Tandoor gui bakery idea is something I want to

explore. Is this the first of its kind? I haven’t heard many ppl talk about it, but to me I’d assume it should open up the flood gates for those who are in the position to start a bakery and not being confident with text based commands has been the main reason for not following through. Surely this would at least create 50% more bakers? The last issue for me personally is if I set it up and my wife’s work she has UPS and some fancy dark fibre direct internet connection which is great for stability but not useful if I need to manually tweak stuff. If I can remote in, I’m assuming that kind of defeats the purpose in regards to my own security? I’ll be storing xtz on a ledger nano s and I have a NUC. Anyone got any thoughts/tips/suggestions?

i would say the deepest learning curve for most people (me included) was installing a linux based OS. Using CLI to spin up a bakery is pretty simple especially with tezos-packaging. Other than that, people also use bake buddy or kiln to start their bakeries
