Would you advice to delegate to an other baker. Or do the bakers fix this?

Some bakers add more funds to fix it, some don't. I'd say ask them or simply change to another one with enough free space.

Also double check your Baker's capacity on tzkt.io/bakers just to be sure that tzstats doesn't show wrong stats or anything
