Not sure what you mean. HEX is a finished product with immutable code.
Yea but who developed? I mean who created? I know there was some devs who created this "finiah product" thats who i am looking for, i wanted to speak to them to ask some questions about HEX
You can try in the HEX developer chat. Or type !lay for the technical analysis guide on the HEX contract. That should answer your questions. https://t.me/HexCryptoDev

You want to know who developed the fundamentals, or who wrote the code? The fundamentals were developed by a Telegram group under the leadership of Richard. Not sure how many of the few hundred people actually contributed something that made it in the final product. Probably less than a dozen people had significant contributions. The contract code and the first ever frontend was written by TBC Dev. The Monte-Carlo simulations of the prototypes and final product were done by Kyle.
