Since people have been asking on twitter, what are the

concequences on someone violating the T&Cs?

Let's say someone deposited in the treasury using VPN and metamask from a restricted country, and gets caught by COTI. What happens? do they simply lose access to the treasury and have their funds returned to their wallets? Are their funds being withheld?

+1 , enquiring minds are wanting to know 😊 In all seriousness, this should be added somewhere in the terms for the treasury, so that users can be informed of the expectations/rules and what occurs if those rules are broken.

These are geo restrictions. Geo Restricted IP- can’t access website Unrestricted IP- can access website Not sure what caught means here but I’ll check with team again.
