Project is fine, What's your issue with it?. BTC generally does better than almost every alt long term. Most people think the opposite, but BTC has outperformed AdA (which Coti tracks closely to performance wise over almost every metric) There is a very particular timeframe (last 7 months of bullrun where alts including COTI outperform BTC , but apart from that peak, the boss wins)

We intend to launch a dedicated campaign in which $COTI holders, both native and ERC20, will be allowed to swap their tokens in advance, receiving an additional reward of the new COTI V2 tokens upon launch of the COTI V2 mainnet. Once launched, the one-way migration from COTI V1 tokens to COTI V2 tokens will be done at a 1:1 ratio. Until the swapping phase is completed for users, merchants and apps - COTI will preserve both V1 and V2 mainets. This is roughly how it was done with the ETH2.0 merge. In any case it won’t be mandatory to participate in the campaign and people will be able to hold their COTI V1 native coins until COTI V2 mainnet is launched and then migrate to the new network using COTI Bridge.

Team will issue instructions for swapping from V1 to V2 at a later date. But longer term V2 is where all the action will be for Coti long term. Everyone should have an opportunity to swap. For many it may even be done automatically.
