Where can we see transactions showing that some percentage of

the rewards that were supposed to be for stakers go back to the null address?
The rewards are still 204000 zils per very 100 blocks. 60% (122400 zils) go to miners, 40% (81600 zils) to stakers.
After Gzil proposal it was voted that parts of the stakers rewards go back to the null address.
Currently stakers get 32% instead of 40% of all rewards, which means that every 100 blocks around 16320 zils out of 204000 zils should go back to the null address. Or around 391680 zils every day should go back to the null address.
How can we check that this condition is being implemented?
