Unfortunately, they ignore this question since they have no support/solution for it. I had to find a friend in another country who had access to Binance.

That solution refers to an unknown DEX not confirmed/recommended by Chiliz official website. We are talking about our money and looking for an official solution.

The owner of bep2 is binance, they only support migrate to bsc, so there's nothing we can do, if chiliz had plans to use bsc they have made this in the past

The CHZ contract on BEP2 belongs to the project's owner which is Chiliz, not Binance. Networks like BEP2, Solana, ETH, etc. provide platforms only. This is Chiliz's responsibility to create a bridge between BEP2 and CAP-20 for their own project.
