RH lawyers pointed out a number of critical errors in the SEC's complaint... The case should be dismissed and the SEC must get the facts correct if they wish to pursue charges

Yeah I think he should focus more on why they aren't securities... I think he should make more analogies to how the assets are similar to Bitcoin, etc.

There are so many angles and he may exposed his defense strategy too much. I hope he still has a couple of humdingers in reserve for later
