What is it that Jared actually does in those 20-30

hours a week? I am not trying to start one of those conversations, but I haven’t seen any actual code contribution yet? Maybe I’ve missed it, but can’t help being curious what he is doing to earn those donations.

Last time code was published by him to GitHub, yes. But doesn’t mean he’s working on things he hasn’t published yet. But, for the past 4 months he has been working on fixing unit tests, not actually working on the core protocol code as far as I can tell.

the taproot delay is because it is difficult to implement, and because there is ongoing debate whether we should really have it. Dandelion is just because it is broken, and they don't know how to fix it.
