I'd suggest just downloading a Hedera wallet e.g. HashPack (https://www.hashpack.app/) if you're not comfortable messing around with json-rpc relays etc.

you shouldn't need to no, i'd suggest contacting HasPack if you're having any issues, or possibly try another wallet
