in Asia was discussing the Tokenisation of RWA’s in his case Real Estate as he’s a developer with numerous overseas clients
I mentioned UniBright as a leading provider for his use case, seems like this idea is now gaining traction - I know the EU have the MICA framework for digital assets being enforced in December
Here in Asia all the main regulators have - run numerous trials & issued licenses. Numerous traditional projects have already been successfully completed, even some novel ones ….
I sent my friend this information, can someone on the Team confirm it’s still current -
Is there a link for prospects to try Freequity ?
Unibright Freequity is a comprehensive platform designed to facilitate the tokenization of assets, particularly focusing on security token offerings (STOs). Here are the key features of Unibright Freequity:
### 1. 360° Tokenization Platform
Freequity is described as a 360° tokenization platform, covering every important phase of the tokenization process. This includes the issuance of tokens, setting up liquidity pools, ensuring regulatory compliance, and integrating tokens into markets and system landscapes[1].
### 2. Token Issuance
The platform simplifies the token issuance process by abstracting the technical complexities. Issuers are guided through a graphical process to define and generate tokens, which are then automatically created for the desired blockchain protocol. This process includes defining the digital asset and generating the necessary smart contracts[1].
### 3. Liquidity Assurance
Freequity provides an "in-house" liquidity pool, ensuring that issued tokens have guaranteed liquidity. This is crucial for the success of security tokens, as it enhances their attractiveness to investors by ensuring they can be traded easily[1][6].
### 4. Regulatory Compliance
The platform is designed to be regulatory compliant, addressing the legal and regulatory requirements of different jurisdictions. This includes key management and asset administration that meet regulatory standards, making it easier for enterprises to engage in tokenization while staying compliant[1][4].
### 5. Integration with Hedera Token Service (HTS)
Unibright Freequity integrates with the Hedera Token Service, which allows for scalable, low-cost, and efficient tokenization of assets. This integration helps in bootstrapping liquidity and provides a robust infrastructure for managing tokenized assets[1][6].
### 6. Enterprise Adoption
Unibright Freequity is designed to support enterprise adoption by integrating with existing enterprise systems such as SAP and Microsoft D365. This makes it a suitable choice for businesses looking to tokenize their assets without disrupting their current IT infrastructure[2][8].
### 7. DeFi Components
The platform includes various DeFi components such as automated market maker (AMM) liquidity pools, code automation, and trading functionalities. These components add significant value to the DeFi space by ensuring liquidity and facilitating seamless trading of security tokens[6][8].
### 8. User-Friendly Interface
Freequity offers a low-code environment, making it accessible to users without extensive technical knowledge. The platform's intuitive, visual approach allows users to manage the entire tokenization process easily[8].
### 9. Baseline Protocol Integration
Unibright has been a driving force within the Baseline Protocol community, contributing to the development of standards for enterprise process synchronization using blockchain technology. This integration ensures secure and compliant synchronization of enterprise processes across various blockchains[2][8].
### 10. Security and Transparency
By leveraging blockchain technology, Freequity ensures that the tokenization process is secure and transparent. This reduces the need for intermediaries, lowers costs, and increases efficiency, which is particularly important in sectors like real estate.
Wonder if you will actually get a reply??
Doesn’t look like it 🤷🏻♂️
I just has some free time since my post - Did a search on the UniBright website The information on Freequity is still there however the server for http://unibright .finance is no longer live Clearly UniBright are delivering ahead of the curve - then offloading the innovation before the market catches up - UBC has experienced this & perhaps UB-1 is also suffering from this, hard to say as the last clear specific info was about UB-1 was on Twitter in November 2023(?) about APIs - the update asked us to expect an update on the UX on UB-1 as it was being worked on. Six months later the news surrounding UB-1 & the new UX are still elusive which of course promotes uncertainty This uncertainty spills over into all products Do I believe the Team are working tirelessly to deliver an elegant Web 3 solution the AI ethically sourced problem - yes I do - personally I still have trust in the team absolutely Is information (or lack of) around other products causing general insecurities in the community, we can all see that. Many folks have been very vocal, some have even given up on the project completely and sold their holdings, unfortunately actions have consequences.
Perhaps we should all start addressing our questions too http://unibright . vc as it’s still live …
Big week ahead - now Ryan has confirmed his next deep dive video airing next Sunday will be on UniBright, it’ll be interesting to see if was able to get any team interaction… “Hey everyone today’s video has dropped! This will be the start our new weekly “Good Investment in 2024?” series where we dive into projects and see what they’ve accomplished and what they are up to today to ultimately answer the million dollar question! Would love feedback on what additional information can be focused on for future videos in this series. Unibright is next Sunday! Cheers https://youtu (dot) be/NZO7Z5ziL_8?si=hYhu5_IcSuaKGLKC
