Not sure about roadmap, it is important though, But concerning big player, if that means wealthy players I can assure you it's not a good criteria for determining a good quality project. Aside that, we are all humbled by protocols and rules.. or better still, we are all equal before good protocols/rules

There is no organisation and no hierarchy. Devs make proposals and try to gather support for them, but no unique centralised roadmap
