To me, it’s a lot about the Officers - the questions I’m thinking about, are they getting enough for the work they’re doing? Do we have enough/do we have too much? Are we promoting like we should? Are they getting educational materials to be successful? It’s not about their effort so much as it is about the actual structure of the program.
Btw, I understand you guys want to have each others’ back, but I do think by overdoing it, it loses merits. In recent days I’ve read an Amb calling you a Rockstar and Godsent and you stating that they are killing and crushing it. Again, not blaming you guys (CMs and Amb) for this, but reality is that many in the community feel underinformed and pretty lost as to where things are headed. And imo there are currently not many views for iExec related posts on X, and I hardly see quality content being made. So I personally feel there’s still room for improvement before using said superlative terms on the team’s own performance.
