I read, you too, Verdian talking last time on telegram Qnt is not a “retail” token. Ok, but they publicly announced its trading available in retail exchanges. Isn’t it?

Most crypto = Bottom up, like btc requires retail plebs first to keep pouring money, then sme, then enterprise, then cb and gov. It takes a lot of effort and time to climb the ranks of society. It's a pyramid that needs saturating every layer bottom up, if it happens at all. Failure rate is enormous. Qnt has the pyramid upside down. Top down through the layers, like domino. If inital layer (gov and cb) is saturated it's game over for the underlying. The first drops are harder, but when the first domino falls the effects get amplified quickly
