Import seed into electrum-abc, electrum-bsv (or use hw wallet) and send off. And yes: coinex still has bsv, but also saw it on some shapeshift clone.

Mix in a small amount of bch, send it off (to your own wallet) and the bsv should remain. You can do the same with xec

Correct, but do this with fused BCH (mix in some dust from fusion). This way you get 100% certainty that it will work. CashFusion does not exist on XEC/BSV

It's complicated (but also straightforward). They cannot be valid after mixing, because they will be randomly mixed with other people's coins. These mixing transactions cannot exist on XEC/BSV, so when you add mixed dust to normal coins and try to move all of it together as a single, it will only move on BCH. The TX will be invalid on any other chain.

Basically what I am saying is, Fusion transactions have too much randomness and various funds mixed together, which makes them unreplayable. Has there ever been a case of replayed CF transaction? I don't think so. Even if it happened, it has to be super-rare. Each more fusion round makes the probability decrease by orders of magnitude, basically. After like 10 rounds, thre probability of replay is very probably near-zero (like 0.00000000000000000000001%) or someting like that.
