You're not entirely correct. No need to worry. The merger is structured in such a way that you don't lose your money :) The conversion rates for Ocean are fixed and will not be changed (0.433 ratio) We have a calculator where you can check how many Fet/ASI tokens you will receive after the merger https://asi.kremalicious.com/

But I bought 98 ocean with 90 dollars in June 2. Now according to your calculation, if they convert FET/ASI, I will get close to 60.. I have 30 loss

We do not take responsibility if the token falls or rises. This is the market, and we cannot influence it, so you must understand these risks. The token conversion itself is designed so that you do not lose money during the merger. If you had $60 in Ocean tokens before the merger, you will still have the same value during the merger into Fet and then ASI

The price changing has nothing to do with the swap. Ocean is currently .6, and FET and AGIX are all similarly priced taking into account the merge rates
