At the University we will offer the tools necessary to integrate users into the world of crypto and de-fi in a way that will mitigate any negative impacts that traditional finance may have on them. Well, I would say you are a person in charge. Dash cryptocurrency is a decentralized network where anybody can participate. If you are interested in promoting freedom-tech, than look at the Dash-docs and join the discord staydashy.com where more Dashers are active. If you are good and you can present results to the network, e.g. onboarding 1000 of students that use Dash regularly, consider a proposal to the network and ask for funding.
