No. When you create new wallet for the first time, make sure you added enough funds for all campaigns. This way you should be able to join in every campaign.

Yes you can ! But it seems that you dont have enough tokens to your ethereum wallet since you subscribed only for iExec campaign. If you want to subscribe fast for the next campaigns create new wallet, add funds and register again with the new wallet. Let me get you the criteria: iExec -net worth - nonfull Nemeos - net worth >45$ Ledgity - net worth >20$ Lobster- net worth >100$ Mintera- net worth >10$
