Crypto transactions cannot be reverted, they are irreversible. If you send to a wrong address, your only chance is to somehow identify the owner of that address and ask if he/she is nice enough to send your coins back. If you can't identity the owner if he refuses to send it back, then you are out of luck. That's why it's so important to doublecheck addresses and why Dash user names via the Evolution Platform will be so useful.
