I guess it's not layer2 like Cartesi, arbitrum or optimism.

I didn't find the network information, it uses the eth network in everything, I don't understand the logic, I don't understand how it is layer2 in this way. Cartesi promises low fees and fast transactions, but how does it achieve this without its own network?

Hi, CryptoX, Cartesi wasn't originally meant to have its own chain; it's actually a rollup solution. This lets dApps use Cartesi as an execution layer and deploy on chains like Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, and Base, showing off its modular architecture. Cartesi Rollups is a unique infrastructure designed for Application-Specific Rollups, powered by a custom RISC-V-based virtual machine. As an app-specific rollup, your application benefits from its own virtual machine, eliminating competition for blockspace with other DApps while maintaining the security of the underlying base layer of your choice. The Cartesi VM can run an entire Linux OS, which means developers aren’t restricted to a single programming language, unlike other blockchains. You can leverage any mainstream language, tools, and libraries to build your DApps. For a more in-depth understanding, you can explore Cartesi's tech thesis here: https://medium.com/cartesi/application-specific-rollups-e12ed5d9de01 Also, feel free to check out our blog for all updates and connect with us on social media: https://cartesi.io/blog/ If you’re a developer, we’d love to have you join our community on Discord: https://discord.gg/NW6QzA6DSB Let me know if you have any further questions.
