If it’s open source, there is no one specifically responsible. And if the user makes the chose then the user can deal with that.

Sure but if we build it in country's would ban DGB. Also people may accidently break the law in your country. If it is legal to do so you can use coin mixers already. They are highly ilegal in most countries though. You may want to look up what the punishment for money laundering in your country is before you try.

Can’t just have a private choice alone. Does coin mixer have both choice of private or public transaction?
