If you mean swapping HEX for 'USDC from Ethereum' on PulseX, then sending that 'USDC from Ethereum' to another PulseChain address, then yes, there is nothing stopping you from doing that. Understand that wallets themselves do not hold your funds

You can't send any digital asset to any wallet. Wallets can't store crypto. You can however send tokens from one address to another. That's what the "Send" or "Transfer" function does.
