I see from CMC that the largest HEX pair is

with WEth on uniswap, however when I go to uniswap it does not recognize the HEX token address? How do I access the uniswap front end to transact eHEX??

Ok ...but the most liquidity is in the uniswap pair. So I don't want to experience too much slippage. How does one access the uniswap pair?

Either on DeFi frontends to Uniswap or liquidity aggregators. For large amounts, you should use liquidity aggregators. There's no point in leaving money to arb bots.
