This was raised many times I think. Need explanation please, why idex pair not listed on own idex exchange. We are missing something here, is it because idex became worthless as team moving to idex 2.0

We don't have a perpetual market of IDEX token listed bc the IDEX spot market on other exchanges is too illiquid and volume is too low. This would allow someone malicious to take a position on IDEX market on IDEX (the exchange) and then manipulate the spot market on other exchanges. This would allow the malicious trader to then manipulate the market and put IDEX (the exchange) and insurance fund at risk. They could drain the whole insurance fund that way

I understand the team is refining details about the token to ensure all best serves the users and aligns with their overall goals. No details will be shared until the team is closer to launching any initiative regarding this. So, Further information about the token would be shared closer to any implementation. @laura_ooo could give detais I might not be updated and clarify this
