Ideally yes but why would they spend money to vote

if they aren’t in the contest?

Seems like the game theory would be either:

1) you are in the contest and you vote for yourself with your one vote or
2) you aren’t in the contest and while you support the work, no reason to bridge and/or pay gas to vote due to “collective action” game theory

things can be very simple if posting content on Jokerace is for the team to find quality posts, but if you added the voting mechanism from the beginning then it should not be changed
